LeadLock AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides done-for-you lead reactivation and automated follow-up services for local service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our services or visit our website.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Name, business name, email address, and phone number when you book a call or sign up
- Lead data you provide for automation (names, phone numbers, and email addresses of your prospective customers)
- Communications between you and LeadLock AI
- Payment and billing information (processed securely through third-party processors)
2. SMS / Text Messaging (Twilio Compliance)
LeadLock AI uses SMS messaging infrastructure powered by Twilio to send automated follow-up messages on behalf of our clients. The following disclosures apply to all SMS communications sent through our platform:
- Consent: SMS messages are only sent to individuals who have previously submitted an inquiry, quote request, or form fill expressing interest in your business — constituting prior express written consent as required under the TCPA.
- Message frequency: Frequency varies per configured sequence, typically 3–5 messages per lead over a 7–14 day window.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and no further messages are sent.

- Data sharing: We do not sell, share, or rent phone numbers or lead contact data to third parties for marketing purposes.
LeadLock AI operates in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy, and Twilio's Messaging Policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and deliver our lead reactivation service
- To send automated follow-up messages on your behalf
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, and support
- To improve our service and analyze usage
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or your leads' information to third parties. We may share data only with:
- Service providers — including Twilio (SMS delivery), payment processors, and CRM platforms, solely to operate our service
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
5. Data Retention
We retain your data and lead data for the duration of your service agreement plus 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting jake@leadlockai.com. Upon request, data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
