Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LeadLock AI ("LeadLock," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our landing pages or submit one of our forms (the "Sites"). By using the Sites or submitting a form, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites or submit your information.

1. Who is responsible for your data

LeadLock AI is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us about any privacy matter at jake@leadlockai.tech.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a limited amount of technical data needed to operate the Sites.

Information you submit through our forms

Information collected automatically

Our Sites are intentionally lightweight and we do not run third-party advertising pixels on these pages. We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Sites, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, and how far visitors get through our forms. Our hosting provider and the systems that receive your form submission may automatically log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your request for security, fraud prevention, and reliability. When you book a call, our calendar and CRM provider collects the information you enter to schedule that meeting.

3. How we use your information

4. SMS / text messaging

If you give us your phone number and consent, we may contact you by text message about your inquiry and our services, including automated follow-up sent through our CRM and messaging providers.

We operate in line with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and our messaging providers' policies.

5. The legal bases we rely on

Where the laws of your jurisdiction (such as the EU/UK GDPR) require a legal basis, we rely on: consent (which you give when you check the consent box and submit a form, and may withdraw at any time); steps to enter a contract (to respond to your application and discuss working together); legitimate interests (to run, secure, and improve our business, where not overridden by your rights); and legal obligation (to meet record-keeping and other legal requirements).

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and only as needed to run our business, including:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights, safety, and property or those of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy. You may arrive at our Sites from social platforms such as Instagram (Meta). Those platforms have their own privacy practices that we do not control.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, typically for the duration of our relationship and a reasonable period afterward to handle follow-up, legal, tax, and record-keeping needs, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights, and we honor them for all users to the extent we reasonably can: access or know what we hold, correct inaccurate information, delete your information, receive it in a portable format, opt out of any sale or targeted advertising or significant profiling (note: we do not engage in these), withdraw consent at any time, and not be treated unfairly for exercising your rights. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of the EU, UK, and similar regions have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email jake@leadlockai.tech. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Sites from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By submitting your information, you consent to this transfer.

11. Children's privacy

The Sites are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Cookies

We use the cookies and local storage strictly necessary for the Sites to function, plus analytics cookies that help us understand how the Sites are used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on these pages. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting your use of the Sites.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
